Everyone has always been used to hearing the names of marijuana buds called “flowers”. From this moment on, you will be surprised to find that cannabis is actually a fruit and not a flower, all thanks to an in-depth scientific study. Keep reading this article carefully to find out all the details of this study and why you should call them “marijuana fruits” from now on.

The Scientific Research of Kenzi Riboulet-Zemouli
It is no coincidence that this research is currently underway, as it is closely related to the re-evaluation of this cannabis plant and its derivatives by the World Health Organization over the past three years. Recently, the World Health Organization changed its treatment of marijuana; ruled that cannabidiol must not be a persecuted substance, thus changing the list of controlled substances. So far, several terms related to cannabis have created confusion: starting from the same word “marijuana”, we use it to refer to plants and parts consumed. The project aims to establish a single nomenclature based on scientific evidence, not the current one.
In particular, Kenzi Riboulet-Zemouli’s research on the problems with the terminology of cannabis and cannabinoids, as well as clarifying the fact that CBD is now not considered a psychoactive substance, and therefore must not be prosecuted; established the reasons why cannabis buds are fruits, and not flowers as we have always been used to hearing.
Kenzi Riboulet-Zemouli, who is the creator of this study?
Kenzi Riboulet-Zemouli is a young independent cannabis researcher and French Algerian. His work is mainly based on the application of human rights, sustainability to the use, production and marketing of cannabis plants and other psychoactive substances. He is involved in the French and Spanish movements and is often seen at meetings of the United Nations Committee on Narcotic Drugs in Geneva and Vienna.
JACK HERER CBD
The buds of Jack Herer are covered in sticky trichomes full of crystallized resin, rich in juicy terpenes; also for this reason it is particularly loved by many CBD consumers around the world.
The Fruits of Marijuana
Then, cannabis fruits or flowers? After this amazing research we come to the conclusion that female cannabis plant buds are fruit, not flowers like people have always thought. We should in fact call them parthenocarpic fruits. Well, the flowers do not produce seeds, if the seeds come from female cannabis buds, it is because they are fruits and not flowers as previously thought. The parthenocarpic fruits in particular are not present on all types of plants, they exist only in some types of plants that have the good fortune to produce them, namely those that have always been called Sinsemilla tops. According to Kenzi Riboulet-Zemouli, it is not surprising that cannabis research ignores this factor: parthenocarpy is a counterintuitive biological mechanism that is often confused even among the most experienced in this area.
Banning the use of cannabis is a senseless choice because the lack of serious scientific research; means that most of the relative benefits of this plant that could be passed on to us are denied us without any valid reason. We sometimes use the same word to refer to different parts of cannabis. The term “marijuana” is used both in the plant itself and in the parts we smoke. Another example is the word “pollen”, which we used to indicate a type of smoke (hashish).
